Seronok betul bila anak kecil dah mula makan solid food.
Tapi mummy pulak yang lebih excited nak masak tu nak masak ni.
Amal husna kecil molek orangnya.
Makan pun biasa2 saja. Paling banyak 3oz satu sesi.
Asalkan mahu makan. Mummy takkan paksa.
Entah apa yang buat mummy teruja menyediakan makanannya.
Puri epal, puri keledek, puri labu, puri brokoli, puri bayam, puri nasi beras perang, puri pisang, puri kiwi, puri avocado.
Mummy cuba juga buat makanan ‘segera’ ala2 nestum dia. Tapi sugar free.
Kisar corn flakes dan quacker oat sampai halus. Siap!
Bila nak guna, cuma tambah susu perahan saja. Sedia dimakan 🙂
Rasa tenang bila tahu kita beri hanya yang terbaik untuk anak sendiri kan, ibu?
